Specialty metals and additional elements →Request an element panel

Choose a panel or an individual element.

A four-metal product request typically groups arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury. A water investigation may instead focus on iron and manganese, or lead and copper. Mineral analysis may target calcium, magnesium, potassium or zinc.

A custom request can combine elements that are relevant to your material and specification. Include the complete list, required units and target reporting limits. The testing scope identifies preparation, method and reporting requirements for the submitted sample.

ICP-MS and sample preparation

ICP-MS measures elements in a prepared solution. Product work can require acid digestion; water work depends on the requested analytical fraction and method. The laboratory method and preparation must match the sample and project requirements.
